In front of the 1412 entrance there is a public space with seating. The city organizes seasonal food and holiday markets here, which is a very convenient perk for us! The neighborhood’s Pedestrian friendly spaces were part of Mayor Bloomberg’s Public Space initiative, which was the beginning of the neighborhood’s changes.

Bryant Park is two blocks from Workville. The park is incredibly well-maintained, and located adjacent to the iconic New York Public Library. Enjoy the grassy area, café seating, lunch shops, and the Bryant Park Grill, all of which are open year-round. In nice weather, there are weekly evening activities including yoga on the green and movie night under the stars.

Workville’s partners own The Refinery Hotel, a very special boutique hotel converted from a former 19th-century hat factory. Hudson Yards is Now Open!

Located nearby in Midtown West, Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States. The High Line park encompasses Hudson Yards’ 100+ shops and restaurants, residences, and offices.
