Hi All! Welcome to our first official blog post. We wanted to kick things of by telling you just a little bit about what makes the Workville experience so awesome. (Yep, we’re confident it’s that good.)
Launched in early 2016, Workville is a luxurious and welcoming co-working space backed by two families with generations-spanning experience in New York real estate. Their spirit of collaboration and entrepreneurship is the heart of Workville.

1. Hospitality & Warmth: Our space and terrace on the 21st floor of 1412 Broadway is a truly unique and luxurious setting to spend your 9-to-6ish. Members work from sun drenched offices, dedicated desks and an open floor workspace in a high-rise just steps from the easy Times Square commute. Meetings, brainstorms and relaxing lunch breaks take place in the light-filled café space and calls are taken from a living room-like lounge area or our breezy wraparound outdoor terrace.
2. Diversity: We set ourselves apart in the industry not just from within, but from without as well. We welcome companies across all industries, which gives our members a built-in network with which to collaborate and share job skills.
