Workville is thrilled to announce an expansion of its Midtown Manhattan location that will double its size and introduce a new approach to coworking and office space in New York City. Since premiering in 2016, Workville’s approach is to blend luxury hospitality with productive workspace to create a unique atmosphere and vibe for the 40+ prestigious startups who work there every day.
And now Workville is expanding, doubling in size, taking on another floor plate of approximately 14,000 sq.ft. at 1412 Broadway.. “The companies with office space here with us are growing,” says D.J. Dashti, Workville’s co-founder. “And so Workville is growing with them.”
With open coworking and private offices in the main space, the additional floor will provide larger offerings for the companies currently growing and projected to outgrowing their current offices in the coming months. As these growth stage startups scale their teams, Workville is here to help them scale their offices as well. When an 8-person or 10-person startup needs more space, their coworking space may not be able to accommodate them. But Workville’s approach is to provide larger, customized office space specifically suited for their current roster of companies continuing to grow.
“We’ve watched and supported these businesses over the last 12 months,” says Sue Bernstock, Workville’s President. “And it’s exciting that we can add additional space for them as they expand into the next phase of their business. We’re in this together, and talent attracts talent.”
Workville is currently accepting applications for new growth stage startups, though space is limited.
